Production comes first and delivery time is added on top of it, not counted inside it. Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days, and only then does the delivery clock start. Our working days set that count: Saturday to Wednesday 10:00 to 17:00, Thursday 10:00 to 15:00, and closed on Friday. A file confirmed late on Thursday effectively begins on Saturday, so a Sunday morning meeting is planned backwards from Thursday afternoon, not from the weekend.

Ours are printed on premium 350 to 400 gsm matte laminated stock using offset printing, and 35 JD covers 1,000 cards for a single design. They are also the items easiest to leave until the box is already empty, so they are worth reordering on a schedule rather than on demand. Sending us the artwork

We print from the file you send. Printman does not currently offer in-house graphic design services, so the finished artwork comes from your marketing team or your agency and we review it for print suitability before anything is produced. Accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set the file in CMYK color mode, keep images at 300 DPI or higher, include bleed and trim marks where the design runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts. A file returned for correction adds a round trip, and on a short deadline that round trip is the whole margin.

Do you design the artwork?

No. We do not currently offer in-house graphic design services. You send print-ready artwork and we check it for print suitability, then tell you before production if something will not reproduce cleanly.
