An exhibition booth is not one printed item. It is a backdrop that carries your name from across the hall, a table that staff stand behind, and something small at eye level on that table that a visitor actually picks up and reads. Curved pop-up stands

A curved pop-up stand is the backdrop. It is the widest printed surface on a typical booth and the one that has to carry your logo and one short message at reading distance across a hall, which is why the design on it should be far simpler than anything you would put on a brochure. Promotion tables

A promotion table is the counter your staff work from: the surface where samples sit, where a visitor signs up, and where your branding sits at waist height in front of everyone walking past. It is the piece that turns a backdrop into a staffed stand, and it is equally at home in a mall activation, a supermarket sampling point or a conference registration area, where there is no booth structure at all. Acrylic display stands

Acrylic display stands work at close range, on top of the table rather than behind it. They keep printed material upright and readable on a table that gets busy, rather than flat and buried under whatever else is on it, and they are usually the part of a booth that is left until the morning of the event. They come ready-made in A4, A5, B6 and B7, and the printed piece sits in the middle between two acrylic layers, which keeps it flat and protects it through a busy day. The price covers the stand and the printed insert together, so it arrives ready to use. They suit prices, product information, promotions, menus and table signage.

How the pieces combine into a booth

Most stands do not need all of the above, and the right combination depends on the space you have been given and where visitors approach from.

• A standard indoor booth. A curved pop-up stand as the back wall, a promotion table in front of it, and an acrylic stand on the table for whatever the visitor takes away or reads.
• A narrow corner or a shell-scheme space with a fixed wall. A table plus a vertical banner takes far less floor area than a curved backdrop. An X-stand banner is one option for that, and our page on roll-up banner printing covers the freestanding banner formats in detail.
• Outdoor activations and event entrances. A beach flag is visible from further away than any table-height item and marks where the stand is from across an open space. At street level, a sidewalk A-frame sign works for people walking past rather than stopping.

On the acrylic display stands, the printed insert is designed to be swapped without changing the stand, so a returning exhibitor reprints the insert rather than rebuying the unit. If you already own a pop-up stand or promotion table frame and want only the graphic reprinted, tell us the frame you have when you ask and we will confirm whether we can produce a replacement panel for it.

Ordering exhibition stands and displays in Jordan

We print from the file you send. We do not currently offer in-house graphic design services, so the artwork needs to be finished before it reaches us; we review it for print suitability and come back to you if something will not reproduce cleanly at display size. Accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set the file in CMYK color mode, keep images at 300 DPI or higher, include bleed and trim marks if the design runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts.

Most orders are ready for collection within 1-3 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Standard delivery is JOD 3 anywhere in Jordan within 48 hours, same-day delivery is JOD 4 inside Amman, and JOD 6 to other governorates. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders, which is worth confirming for a full booth rather than a single item.

Exhibitions have a fixed date and no second chance at it, so send your event date together with your files. Quote requests are answered within one business day, and telling us the date and the venue up front means the production and delivery schedule is worked backwards from it rather than guessed at.

What do I need for a basic exhibition booth?

In most cases a backdrop, a table and something on the table. That is a curved pop-up stand behind the staff, a promotion table in front of it, and an acrylic display stand holding your printed cards or price list. If the space is narrow or already has a back wall, a vertical banner replaces the curved backdrop and takes less floor area.

How far in advance should I order for a trade show?

Most orders are ready for collection within 1-3 business days, with delivery time on top of that. Order with more margin than that for an event, because an exhibition date does not move if an artwork file needs correcting. Send the event date with your files and we will plan the schedule around it.

Can you deliver to the venue?

We deliver anywhere in Jordan, and that includes an address you give us for the event rather than your office. Send the venue, the hall or stand number and the date with your order. Display items are large, and delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders, so confirm the fee when you place the order rather than assuming the standard rate.

Do you design the stand graphics for me?

No. We do not currently offer in-house graphic design services. You send print-ready artwork and we check it for print suitability before production. For a large backdrop this matters more than for small print: an image that looks acceptable on screen can fall apart at display size, and we will tell you before it is printed rather than after.

Do you deliver display items outside Amman?

Yes. Standard delivery is JOD 3 across all of Jordan, from the north to the south, within 48 hours. Same-day delivery is JOD 4 inside Amman and JOD 6 to other governorates. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.
