How long does an office materials order take?

Standard delivery is JOD 3 and arrives within 48 hours, while same-day delivery is JOD 4 in Amman and JOD 6 to other governorates. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.

Which artwork file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set files in CMYK color mode, keep images at 300 DPI or higher, add bleed and trim marks for edge-to-edge designs, and embed or outline all fonts. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services, so your own designer supplies the file, but we do review it for print suitability.

How are envelopes priced?

Do you deliver office materials outside Amman?
Yes. We deliver across all of Jordan, from the north to the south, and same-day delivery to governorates outside Amman is JOD 6. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.
