Pricing for most of our products is listed on the shop, including sizes, materials and typical quantities, so you can estimate the cost of your order before proceeding. If you cannot find the product you need, or your order needs a custom size or quantity, contact us or fill out the price quote form. We guarantee a response within one business day.

Currently we do not offer in-house graphic design services. You can send us your ready design files and our team will review them to make sure they are suitable for high-quality printing.

Production time varies with the product and the quantity, but most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days for collection. If you prefer delivery, the delivery time is added on top based on the option you choose.

We offer two options. Standard delivery within 48 hours is 3 JD across Jordan. Same-day delivery is 4 JD in Amman and 6 JD in other governorates. Delivery fees may vary for large items and bulk orders.

Yes. Bulk discounts are shown on the shop when you select larger quantities for most products. If your quantity exceeds the maximum listed, contact us and we will let you know if a special price can be offered.

We accept high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. For best results use CMYK colour, keep images at 300 DPI or above, include bleed and trim marks for designs that run to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts.
