Printing Delivery Across Jordan

Printman prints in Amman and delivers to the whole country, from the north to the south. This page sets out exactly what printing delivery in Jordan costs with us, how long it takes, and how that time sits on top of production rather than inside it. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders. The same-day option to other governorates is worth knowing about if you are outside the capital: a finished order can arrive on the day it leaves the shop rather than within the 48-hour standard window.

Where we deliver

We print at one shop in Amman and deliver everywhere in Jordan, from the north to the south. There is no branch anywhere else - what changes from place to place is the rate above and how quickly a finished order reaches you. Production time is added to delivery time

Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days for collection. That is production: printing, cutting, finishing and checking. Delivery starts after that and its time is added on top.

So a standard delivery on a job that takes three business days to produce is three business days plus up to 48 hours, not 48 hours in total. Choosing same-day delivery does not shorten production either. It shortens the last leg, once the job is finished and ready to leave the shop. Our working days set the delivery clock

Printman is open Saturday to Wednesday from 10:00 to 17:00, Thursday from 10:00 to 15:00, and closed on Friday. The 1 to 3 business days is counted in those working days.

Two consequences catch people out. Thursday is a short day ending at 15:00, so a job confirmed late on Thursday effectively begins on Saturday. And because Friday is closed, an order needed on Saturday morning has its last realistic dispatch on Thursday before 15:00.

Collection from the shop

If you would rather not pay for delivery at all, orders can be collected from our shop at Al Salehin Complex, Office 207, Al-Shahid Street, 11710, Amman, once production is finished. Collection is worth considering for large-format items such as a roll up banner or the display units in our advertising materials range, which you may prefer to transport yourself.

Getting the order to us cleanly

Artwork is the part of the schedule you control. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services, so your designer supplies the print-ready file and we review it for print suitability. A file sent back for correction adds a round trip before production starts, and on a short deadline that round trip is the whole margin.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set the file in CMYK color mode, keep images at 300 DPI or higher, include bleed and trim marks where the design runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts. Quote requests are answered within one business day, so a question sent on Thursday afternoon is answered by Saturday, the next business day.

The delivery fee is added to your order total at checkout, so you see it before you confirm rather than at the door. Printman accepts cash on delivery and CliQ bank transfer, so the order and its delivery can be settled together either way.

Yes. Delivery is free on orders over 100 JD. Below that, the rates above apply, and fees may still vary for large-size items and bulk orders, so ask before ordering display pieces in volume.
