Our wedding and event printing in Amman covers the pieces a single date depends on: a board at the entrance so guests know they are in the right place, thank you cards for the tables or for afterwards, and the stickers and tags that finish the favor boxes and bags. It is printed for one day and for a guest count you already know, so the deadline is the part that matters most.

Everything here is printed from artwork you supply. We do not offer in-house graphic design services, so whoever designed your invitation suite should send us the finished files; we check them for print suitability and come back to you if something will not reproduce cleanly.

What gets printed for a wedding or an event

Welcome boards

The welcome board is the first printed piece guests see on the way in, so it is worth checking the file carefully before it is produced at size. Sizes, options and the current price are on the welcome board product page, and it sits in our banners and posters range next to roll-up and X-stand formats if you also need a free-standing sign beside a registration table or a gift table.

It is produced with UV printing technology, and one detail is worth reading twice before you order: the price covers the printed board only - the stand is not included. Plan for an easel or stand separately, or place the board on something already at the venue.

Table numbers, menus and seating cards

For the smaller pieces on each table, display acrylic stands do the job. They come ready-made in A4, A5, B6 and B7, and the printed piece sits in the middle between two acrylic layers, which keeps it upright and protects it through a long evening. The price covers both the stand and the printed insert.

The useful part for an event is that the insert can be swapped without replacing the stand, so the same set can carry table numbers on the day and a menu or a price card afterwards if the stands belong to the venue or the family.

Thank you cards

Thank you cards do one of two jobs: they sit at each place setting on the day, or they go out afterwards to the people who traveled or helped. Either way the quantity is fixed by your guest list, so it is worth counting before you order rather than rounding up. Current options and pricing are on the thank you cards product page.

They are printed at 14 × 10 cm. Envelopes are not listed as part of the order, so if you need them, say so when you ask and we will confirm what we can supply.

Stickers and tags for favors

Favors are where the small printed pieces add up. A round sticker seals a box or a folded paper bag, a square sticker carries a name and a date on a jar of honey or a candle, and a die-cut sticker is cut to the outline of a monogram so the shape itself is the design. For anything tied rather than stuck, label tags are printed to your design, and hang tag string and hemp rope are stocked separately to tie them on with.

Label tags are printed on premium card stock in sizes from 9 × 5 cm down to 5 × 5 cm, with an order covering 1,000 tags in a single design. The hang tag string is a snap-lock type available in black and white; hemp rope is the natural, textured alternative for a softer look on a favor box or a paper bag.

Ordering wedding and event printing in Amman

Most orders are ready for collection within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is added on top of that rather than included in it, which is the detail worth planning around. Standard delivery is JOD 3 and arrives within 48 hours anywhere in Jordan. Same-day delivery is JOD 4 in Amman and JOD 6 to other governorates, so a venue in Zarqa, Irbid or Aqaba is reachable on the day if the order is already produced. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.

Two dates matter more than the rest. The first is your event date; tell us what it is when you order, because it changes how we schedule the job. The second is Thursday. We are open Saturday to Wednesday 10:00-17:00 and Thursday 10:00-15:00, and we are closed on Friday, so anything needed for a Friday event should be finished and in your hands by Thursday afternoon.

Sending your artwork

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG files. Set the file in CMYK color mode, keep images at 300 DPI or higher, include bleed and trim marks on any design that runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts. That last one matters more at a wedding than anywhere else, because script and calligraphy fonts are the ones most likely to be substituted for something plain if they are not embedded, and nobody notices until the board is printed.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I order?

Most orders are ready for collection within 1-3 business days, and delivery time is added on top. Working backwards from the date, allow the production days plus the delivery window, and add a buffer for Friday, when we are closed. Ordering a week ahead leaves room to reprint if something in the file needs changing.

I have left it late. Can I still get it in time?

Possibly. Same-day delivery gets a finished order to you for JOD 4 in Amman or JOD 6 in other governorates, but it does not shorten production, which is 1-3 business days for most orders. Tell us your event date when you send the file and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Can you design the welcome board or the cards for me?

No. We do not currently offer in-house graphic design services. Send us the finished artwork and we will review it for print suitability before printing.

Can I order matching stickers, tags and cards together?

Yes. They are separate products in the shop but they are produced from the same set of files, so a monogram or a name and date can run across the stickers, the tags and the cards. Bulk discounts are applied by quantity tier and shown on the shop.

Do you print wedding invitations?

There is no invitation product listed in the shop. Send the specification - the size, the quantity and whether you need envelopes - on WhatsApp at +962 78 8655568 and we will tell you within one business day whether we can print it and what it costs.

What does Friday mean for my date?

Our shop is closed on Friday, so Friday is not a business day when you are counting the 1 to 3 business days of production, and Thursday closes early at 15:00. For a Thursday or Friday wedding, work back from Thursday 15:00 as the last moment to collect, and tell us the event date when you send your files so we can confirm the plan against it rather than against a general turnaround.
