Use this form to ask for a printing quote in Amman on any job that does not fit a standard product page: a large quantity, an unusual size, a mixed order for an event, or one of the items we price on request. Quote requests are answered within one business day. The more of the detail below you send in the first message, the more likely the reply is a real number rather than another question.
What to include in your request
- Product - what you want printed, for example business cards, roll-up banners, polo shirts, product labels
- Quantity - the number of pieces, or the range you are deciding between, since price per piece changes with quantity
- Size - finished dimensions in centimeters or millimeters, or the size of an existing item you want matched
- Deadline - the date you need the job in hand, not the date you would like to order
- Artwork format - whether you already have a print-ready file, and which format it is in
- Delivery or collection - the city or governorate for delivery, or whether you will collect from our office
If you are quoting one job in several versions, say how many separate designs there are and how many pieces you need of each. Ten designs of 100 stickers each and 1,000 stickers of one design are not the same job, and we need that split to price it.
What happens after you send it
A reply within one business day
Our working week runs Saturday to Thursday: Saturday to Wednesday 10:00 to 17:00, Thursday 10:00 to 15:00, closed Friday. A request sent on Thursday afternoon is answered on Saturday, which is worth knowing when you are counting backwards from a deadline.
Production in 1 to 3 business days for most orders
Once a job is confirmed, most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days for collection. Delivery time is added on top of that rather than counted inside it. If the deadline is tight, tell us the date you need the job in hand and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit to a date. Delivery anywhere in Jordan
Standard delivery is JOD 3 and arrives within 48 hours across Jordan. Same-day delivery is JOD 4 within Amman and JOD 6 to other governorates. Delivery is free on orders over 100 JD, and fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders. Full coverage and conditions are on the delivery page.

When to ask for a printing quote in Amman instead of ordering online
Most of our catalog is priced live on the product pages, with bulk quantity tiers set through the product options. If your job matches a listed product at a listed quantity, ordering directly from the Printman shop is faster than waiting for a reply. Business cards, for example, can be ordered straight from the business cards product page.
A quote is the better route when the job is bulk, when the size is non-standard, when you are combining several products for one event or office fit-out, or when the item is priced on request. Printed envelopes, pole banners and shopfront window stickers are quoted per job rather than carrying a list price online.
Artwork: what we do and what we do not do
Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services. You supply the print-ready file from your own designer, and we review it for print suitability before anything goes to press. That review is part of the job, not an extra service.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set the file in CMYK color mode, keep images at 300 DPI or higher, include bleed and trim marks if the design runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts so nothing substitutes on our end. You do not need finished artwork to ask for a quote. A clear description of the product, quantity and size is enough for us to price the job, and the file can follow.

How long does it take to get a quote?
Quote requests are answered within one business day. Friday is not a business day, and Thursday closes at 15:00, so a request sent late on Thursday is answered on Saturday.
Can you design the artwork for me?
No. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services. Send a print-ready file from your own designer and we will review it for print suitability before printing.
Do I need to have the file ready before I ask for a quote?
No. Tell us the product, quantity, size and deadline and we can price the job from that. Send the artwork once you have approved the quote.
