Custom T-Shirt Printing and Embroidery in Amman

Apparel branding comes down to two ways of putting a logo on a garment: stitching it into the fabric as embroidery, or printing it onto the surface. Custom t-shirt printing and embroidery in Amman covers staff and team kit of most kinds: café and restaurant uniforms, retail and delivery crews, clinic and salon teams, exhibition and event staff, and a run of branded hoodies for a launch or a season. This page covers how to choose between the two methods and what we need from you to run a team order. To see the garments and their current prices, browse the uniform range in our shop.
Embroidery or printing: how to choose
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread. It sits slightly raised, and because the mark is stitched into the fabric rather than applied on top of it, it does not crack or peel the way a surface print eventually can. It reads as the more formal of the two options, which is why it is the usual choice for polo shirts and caps worn front-of-house every day. It reproduces solid shapes and lettering well, and it simplifies very fine detail, small type and photographic elements, because every part of the mark has to be rendered in thread.
Printing places the logo on the surface of the garment instead. It handles detail, gradients and multi-color artwork that thread cannot, and it covers a large area more easily than stitching does, so it is the usual choice for event t-shirts, campaign artwork and a full back print.
Both methods are available right across the uniform range. Polo shirts, long-sleeve polos, hoodies, zip-up hoodies, pullovers, over-size t-shirts and caps can each be ordered with the logo embroidered or printed, so the method is a decision you make per garment rather than one the garment makes for you. Our over-size t-shirts and caps are printed using DTF.
Matching the garment to the job
A staff uniform and an event giveaway are different orders, and the garment choice usually follows the shift rather than the season:
- Polo shirts for front-of-house, service counters and office teams, where an embroidered chest logo is the expected look.
- Hoodies in cotton, and pullovers, for outdoor, warehouse, delivery and winter shifts, and for team kit that staff keep wearing off-shift.
- Over-size t-shirts in French Terry fabric for exhibitions, activations, conferences and giveaways, where a larger printed design does the work.
- Caps in cotton, to finish a uniform set or on their own for outdoor and delivery teams.
Placement, sizes and quantities
Three details decide the shape of an apparel order: where the logo goes, which sizes you need in what split, and how many garments in total.
Sizes and colors are chosen as options on each garment's own product page: hoodies come in multiple sizes, and caps in a range of colors for custom logo application.
Caps also carry a stated quantity rule worth knowing before you order: quantities up to 10 are produced as a single design, and orders of 50 or more can be split into as many as five designs. That matters for a company ordering one cap style per department rather than one for everybody.
Send the size breakdown with the order, for example 6 medium, 10 large, 4 extra large, so the run is produced in one pass and the whole team gets matching garments. Current prices and any quantity tiers are shown on the product page in the Printman shop, which is where the live figure always sits.
Preparing your logo file
Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services. You supply the artwork and we review it for print suitability before production.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG and PNG. Set the file in CMYK color mode, keep placed images at 300 DPI or higher, include bleed and trim marks if any part of the design runs to the edge, and embed or outline all fonts so nothing substitutes on our end. A logo copied from a website is usually too low-resolution to hold at chest or back size, so ask for the original vector file.

Frequently asked questions
Should we embroider or print our logo?
Embroider it when the garment is worn daily by staff and the logo is a simple mark or wordmark, as on polo shirts and caps. Print it when the artwork has fine detail, gradients or several colors, or when it needs to cover a large area, as on event t-shirts and back prints. Every garment in our uniform range can be ordered either way, so tell us which method you want when you place the order.
Can we mix garments and branding methods in one order?
Every garment in the uniform range takes either embroidery or printing, so the branding method is not what limits the combination. Send the garment list, the method you want on each and the size split on WhatsApp at +962 78 8655568, and we will confirm what can be run together and how it is priced before you commit.
How long does a team uniform order take?
Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days for collection, and delivery is added on top. Once produced, an order can go out same-day for JOD 4 in Amman or JOD 6 to other governorates, or by standard delivery for JOD 3 within 48 hours across Jordan. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.
Do you design the logo or the t-shirt artwork?
No. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services. Send print-ready artwork in PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG or PNG, in CMYK at 300 DPI or higher with fonts embedded or outlined, and we will review it for print suitability before production.
Do you deliver uniforms outside Amman?
Yes, across all of Jordan. Standard delivery is JOD 3 within 48 hours, and same-day delivery to governorates outside Amman is JOD 6. Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders.
