Business Printing Accounts in Jordan
النسخة العربية من هذه الصفحة قيد الكتابة. النص أدناه بالإنجليزية مؤقتاً.
Printman prints the items companies in Amman and across Jordan order more than once: business cards as staff join, uniform tops for a new branch, refill runs of product labels, roll-up banners for each exhibition. Buying print repeatedly is a different problem from buying it once, because what costs a company money is not the unit price but the drift between orders. This page sets out how business printing accounts in Jordan work at Printman today, and which terms you need to confirm with us directly before you build a purchasing process around them.
How ordering works for a business today
Business orders go through the same two routes as every other order. If the item and quantity match a listed product, you order it directly from the Printman shop. If the job is bulk, a non-standard size, a mixed order for one event, or one of the items we price on request rather than list, you send us the specification and we quote it. Quote requests are answered within one business day.
Bulk discounts are already visible before you ask
Most products carry quantity tiers, and the shop shows the bulk discount by tier, so the price for a larger run is published rather than negotiated. A few items are quote-only and carry no listed price at all. Business cards are the one item with a fixed published pair, at 35 JD for 1,000 cards in a single design, and you can order them from the business cards product page. For every other item, the live product page is the price of record.
The practical consequence for a purchasing plan is that order frequency changes the total. Where a product is tiered, splitting a year of business cards into four small runs sits in a higher tier than ordering the same annual quantity in one or two larger runs. Where storage allows it, consolidating reorders is worth pricing against the alternative before you commit to a schedule.
Keeping the specification consistent across reorders
Repeat print usually goes wrong at the specification rather than at the press: the second run does not match the first because someone reordered from a slightly different file, a different size, or a different product. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services, which means your company owns its artwork rather than us holding a design of yours. Keep one approved, print-ready master file per item on your side, and reorder against that file every time rather than against whatever version is in someone's email.
For each item you reorder, lock down and record four things: the exact product page you order from, the finished size, the quantity per run, and the file name and version you approved. Send that same set with every reorder, and the back-and-forth disappears.
Files should arrive as PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG or PNG, set in CMYK color mode, with images at 300 DPI or higher, bleed and trim marks where the design runs to the edge, and all fonts embedded or outlined. We review every file for print suitability before it goes to press. The full requirements are on the artwork and file setup guide.
One number, one office, one business day
Printman runs from a single office in Amman, and there is one number for orders and questions: +962 78 8655568, on phone or WhatsApp. Quote requests are answered within one business day. Our working week is Saturday to Wednesday 10:00 to 17:00 and Thursday 10:00 to 15:00, closed Friday, so a request sent on Thursday afternoon is answered on Saturday. If you would rather discuss a specification in person or bring a sample to match, the office is at Al Salehin Complex, Office 207, Al-Shahid Street, 11710, Amman. Printman is rated 5.0 out of 5.0 on Google Maps.
Production time and delivery to more than one location
Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days for collection, and delivery time is added on top of that rather than counted inside it. Plan a reorder against that combined figure, not against production alone.
- Standard delivery, JOD 3, arrives within 48 hours, anywhere in Jordan
- Same-day delivery within Amman, JOD 4
- Same-day delivery to other governorates, JOD 6
Delivery fees may vary for large-size items and bulk orders. Same-day delivery to other governorates at JOD 6 is the option worth knowing if your branches sit outside the capital, because it removes the wait that standard 48-hour delivery adds after production. Full coverage and conditions are on the delivery information page.
Ranges that suit a reorder cycle
Four ranges lend themselves to repeat ordering. Office materials covers business cards, printed envelopes, thank you cards and label tags, and tends to follow headcount. Staff uniform covers polo shirts, long-sleeve polos, hoodies, zip-up hoodies, pullovers, oversize t-shirts and caps; polo shirts are offered with logo embroidery or logo printing. Promotional products such as metal pens, notebooks, tote bags and button pins tend to follow events. Product labels and roll labels sit in stickers and labels and follow production volume.
If you are standardizing on a small set of items, a practical starting point is one run of each at a modest quantity to approve the specification, then larger consolidated reorders against the approved file. Polo shirts and metal pens are worth approving this way, because what varies between runs is the logo application rather than the item itself.
Payment, invoicing and terms
These are the questions a purchasing department asks first, and we will not publish an answer we have not confirmed.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer discounts for bulk printing orders?
Yes. Most products are priced by quantity tier and the shop shows the bulk discount by tier, so it is published rather than negotiated after the fact. For quantities or specifications that are not listed, send the details and we will quote within one business day.
How far ahead should we place a reorder?
Count backwards from the date you need the stock in hand. Most orders are ready within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery is added on top: 48 hours for standard delivery, or the same day for JOD 4 in Amman and JOD 6 to other governorates. Friday is not a business day and Thursday closes at 15:00, so a reorder confirmed on Thursday afternoon effectively starts on Saturday.
How do we get a reprint that matches an earlier run?
Order it from the same approved file, at the same size and the same product specification, rather than from a repeat of the order number. Keep one master print-ready file per item and send it with each reorder along with the product, size and quantity you approved. Separate runs of the same artwork can still differ slightly, which shows up most on a large solid brand colour reordered months apart - sending the identical file and specification is what keeps that difference as small as it can be.
Can you design our artwork or update our logo?
No. Printman does not offer in-house graphic design services. Your own designer supplies the print-ready file, and we review it for print suitability before printing.
Is there a minimum order?
Quantities are set per product rather than by a single company-wide minimum, and they are shown on each product page. Some carry their own rules: business cards and label tags are sold as 1,000 to a single design, and caps state that quantities up to 10 run as one design while orders of 50 or more can be split into as many as five. For a bulk order across several products, send the list and we will confirm the quantities and the price within one business day.
Setting up a repeat print supply
Businesses in Amman and across Jordan usually get the most out of business printing accounts in Jordan by doing three unglamorous things: approving a specification once, keeping the master file on their own side, and consolidating reorders into fewer, larger runs. Start by browsing office materials and staff uniform in the Printman shop, or send your item list, quantities and delivery locations through the quote request form and we will come back within one business day. Make it inkredible.
